Renting Season
Renting season runs from Memorial Day through the second week in October.

About the Owners

Howard and Pat Gleasman have owned this property along the Black River for many years and have enjoyed hiking, walking and snowshoeing on the trails. After about 20 years of being a builder and contractor building beautiful rustic homes for other clients, Howard created a very special place overlooking the beautiful, tranquil Black River for them.

 

We decided that other people would probably enjoy it as much as us so we are renting it out.  We do not live on the 19 acre wooded lot but live a short distance away and are available by phone. We are people who love the woods, water and peace and quiet.
